1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a 33wb account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33wb operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+ across all products and services.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 33wb or any of its affiliated companies or third-party game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 33wb Platform or have a self-exclusion in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in online betting and gaming activities.

33wb does not actively market its services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 33wb Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may register only one account on the 33wb Platform. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the activity.

33wb reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. 33wb also reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects to be in violation of these Terms, whether or not the investigation has been completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

33wb supports instant deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of locally integrated payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed securely via 256-bit SSL encryption.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 33wb Wallet Balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 33wb within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any pending KYC verification requirements.
• 33wb will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the same account, or to a method that can be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• 33wb does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method that belongs to you personally.
• 33wb reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals as part of its KYC process.
• Any deposits or withdrawals reasonably suspected to be part of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers may be withheld pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities where required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 33wb may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully registered and verified 33wb account unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion will specify the minimum deposit required to qualify, the wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), the eligible games, the maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, and the expiry date of the bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to real-money withdrawable funds.
• 33wb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus that a Player has already begun to wager through in good faith.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk combination bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.
• 33wb reserves the right to limit the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the 33wb Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 33wb does not permit the cancellation or modification of a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted by specific game or sports betting rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or disconnection during a game session, 33wb's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any affected wager. 33wb's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.
• 33wb reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an error in odds, pricing, or game configuration — including but not limited to odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault. Players will be notified of any voided bets, and the staked amount will be returned to their Wallet Balance.
• In live casino games operated by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), the rules of the game as communicated by the studio host and the platform interface govern play. Any dispute arising from live dealer games will be investigated in conjunction with the third-party provider's records.
• 33wb's game catalogue, including available titles, betting limits, and game rules, may change at any time. Players are advised to review game-specific rules before placing wagers.
• Maximum winnings from a single bet or game session may be subject to caps as specified in individual game rules or promotion terms. 33wb reserves the right to apply such caps at its discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

33wb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all Players seriously. The Platform provides a suite of practical tools that Players can use to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they deposit into their 33wb account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

33wb strictly enforces its minimum age policy of 21+. We ask that Parents and guardians take steps to prevent minors from accessing gambling services, including the use of parental control software where appropriate.

8 Privacy & Data

33wb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 33wb, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

33wb collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gameplay activity records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

33wb will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers — only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested, and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.

All personal data held by 33wb is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and appropriate organisational security measures. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33wb Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 33wb staff, customer support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool or account restriction that has been applied to your account.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate the Player's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by the Player: You may close your 33wb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (after settlement of all pending bets) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Termination by 33wb: 33wb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that these Terms have been violated, where fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other Players or the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed Terms violation, 33wb may forfeit the account balance in full.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of an account, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to liability, privacy, and prohibited conduct — will remain in force.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33wb's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33wb shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond 33wb's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, third-party service outages, or network infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that was affected by a technical error or system malfunction.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 33wb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon. While 33wb strives to maintain continuous service, scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur. Players will be notified of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12 Amendments

33wb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33wb will take reasonable steps to notify active Players — such as posting a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the Player's registered contact details — prior to the changes taking effect.

Changes to these Terms will take effect on the date specified in the updated version. Your continued use of the 33wb Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
